Word on the street is there’s a new food truck in town. We’re proud to announce the arrival of our Salsa Grille food truck! We’ve already driven it to a few private events this year, and we will be ready next spring to take on your next big event.
While we wait for the weather to come around, we’d like to share a few fun facts about our new truck. We’ve been receiving a lot of questions about it online. Here are a few questions we’ve already been asked:
Where will it be and when?
As we’ve said before, our food truck time has come to an end for the season, so it will be hibernating somewhere safe and warm during these colder months. Never fear, when we have a public event next year, we’ll announce it on our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram pages. Who knows, if we become busy enough, we may add a page to our website with a schedule.
Will you be at other known food truck locations?
We hope so! That all depends on a meeting coming up between all the food truck families. Should all go well, you can be sure we’ll happily announce where we’ll be next year and when.
Is the food truck for private events only?
The food truck is set up to do both private and public events. You can schedule the food truck by calling 260-338-TACO. The truck works great for catering for birthdays, weddings, graduation parties, and anniversaries. In the future, we may have a page on our website where you can submit your request. When that becomes available, we’ll make the announcement on our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram pages.
What does the food truck offer?
The Salsa Grille food truck offers almost everything that other Salsa Grille locations offer. Tacos, Burritos, Bowls, and Nachos are all available on the Food Truck. You can pick from steak, chicken, and ground beef with all your favorite veggies. Chips and George’s Mild or Hot salsa are also available. There are a few exceptions to the regular menu items, however.
While the food truck can be requested for public or private events, there are a few things you should know.
- At a public event, you pay for your meal just like a standard food truck.
- At a private event, the host pays for a certain quantity of people to have our Food Truck at their event. That means if you’re a guest at a private event, your meal is already paid for!
Last but not least, we would like to thank everyone who contributed their time and talents into making the Salsa Grille Food Truck a reality!
